Internal stakeholders judge a branded podcast in the first thirty seconds. If guest three is quieter than host one, if the intro music is cut short, if the episode went out on Thursday instead of Tuesday — the show is judged as sloppy, and so is the brand behind it.

BadMic Studio edits business podcasts with a production-manual mindset: the same template, the same loudness, the same structure, the same delivery window, episode after episode.

What we handle

  • Every speaker level-matched. Panel shows, remote executives and conference recordings balanced so nobody sounds like they called in from a corridor.
  • Brand consistency baked in. Intro/outro, lower thirds, title cards, colour balance and chapter markers built once and reused every week.
  • Remote recording repair. Zoom, Teams-style and Riverside captures cleaned with dialogue isolation and de-reverb.
  • Fixed delivery day. A recurring slot in the production calendar, with priority 48h turnaround available when a release is date-bound.

How it runs

  1. Sample first. Two minutes of raw audio come back mastered within 24 hours — the easiest way to prove the standard internally.
  2. Template lock-in. We agree structure, branding, loudness targets and file naming once, then apply them to every episode.
  3. Review by timestamp. Your team leaves notes on the cut; one revision round is included in the package.
  4. Deliverables ready to publish. WAV/MP3 masters, 16:9 video with chapters, plus shorts if the show is distributed vertically.

Working across time zones

The studio runs Central European hours with overlap into the UK, the EU and the US working day — most briefs sent in the morning are answered the same day, and US teams get replies before their afternoon. EUR invoicing, NDA on request.

What it costs

  • Audio Master — 95 € per episode, or 340 € per month for 4 episodes.
  • Video Podcast Pro — 790 € per month for 4 fully edited video episodes.
  • Complete Show & Repurpose — 1,450 € per month: 4 video episodes plus 16–20 shorts.

Invoiced in EUR; month-to-month, no annual lock-in.

FAQ

Can you work under an NDA?

Yes. NDAs and simple data-processing agreements are signed before any file is sent, and recordings are used only to produce your episode.

What if we record on our own platform?

Send the multitrack or the exported files from your recording platform. If it is Riverside or SquadCast, add the studio as an editor and the original high-resolution files are pulled directly.

Can you handle a quarterly video series instead of a weekly show?

Yes. Packages are built around episodes rather than calendar weeks, so a 6-episode series fits the same workflow as a weekly release.
